Saturday

TYLER: Tyler was able to get up take a step and move around a little today. His fever has come down a little. They are taking it as a good sign and they are planning on going ahead with the next skin graft Monday.

As we travel along
On lifes weary road,
How often our friends all say,
"You must go alone
With your heavy load,
To make it, day by day,"
But the HOLY BIBLE
Makes my heart sing,
With words so devine,
"I will go with you",
Jesus has said,
"Just put your hand in mine.
And when the heavy load,
Gets to be too much,
Remember, I am here.
I will ease your burden
With just one touch,
And fill your heart with cheer."

We are so glad to hear that Tyler is doing a little better today.

We are praying that God gives each of you the strength that you need to be by Tyler's side each day. When you're feeling tired and helpless, please be comforted in knowing that there are many, many prayers being said for your entire family.

Tyler and Tonya--I just want to comment again on your daugther Madison. She is an incredible little girl. The past couple of weeks of school I was amazed by how strong she was. I believe that she was able to remain so strong because of her faith in God. Her faith is definitely a result of the upbringing she has received from her parents and grandparents. This past week, when she started running fever at the park...I finally saw tears. She was not upset because she was feeling bad, etc....but upset because the fever would prolong getting to see her mom and daddy. I'm so happy that she finally got to see her mom. She is so precious and I was blessed by having her in my classroom this past year. We will continue to pray for God's healing hand to be placed on Tyler. Tonya, we're praying that God gives you strength to be by Tyler's side each day.

Ronda & Trey--We are so glad to hear that you are home. Our God is amazing. We pray that he will continue to heal you.

With love and prayers,
Ryan and Tara

Tyler, Larry, Cindy, Trey, and the entire family: There is a song that I dearly love that has pulled me through lots of times and I wanted to share it with you. Keep on keeping on until you reach the other side of this mountain you are climbing daily. Love,Charlotte

It Is No Secret

The chimes of Time ring out the news
Another day is through
Someone slipped and fell
Was that someone you
You may have longed for added strength
Your courage to renew
Do not be disheartened
For I bring hope to you

It is no secret what God can do
What He's done for others
He will do for you
With arms wide open
He'll pardon you
It is no secret what God can do

There is no night for in His Light
Youll never walk alone
You'll always feel at home
Wherever you may roam
There is no power can conquer you
While God is on your side
Just take Him at His promise
Don't run away and hide

It is no secret what God can do
What He's done for others
He will do for you
With arms wide open
He'll pardon you
It is no secret what God can do.

The power of prayer is amazing. It is wonderful news to hear that Tyler is slowly getting back to his old self again. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Tyler. You will be home sooner than you think! Tonya, I'm praying for you, too. May God give you the strength to help Tyler through this ordeal. You both are so lucky and blessed to have each other and have to have your wonderful and amazing families behind you through this.

Dear Thompsons, I wish so badly I could help you bear this burden. God's timing is not our own, but He has Tyler in the palm of His hand. We love you so much. I know in my heart that Tyler will come out of this beautifully.
