PRAISE REPORT

From Trey & Ronda: God is good and so faithful, He has carried us all the way. We were anxious to meet with the ENT doctor today as he is the one who did the amazing surgery on Trey's face. It was fascinating seeing where we started (the CATscan pictures were very revealing) to where we are now. It is truly nothing short of a miracle from the good Lord himself. We give him all the glory and want to thank each and everyone of ya'll for all of your prayers, we feel them, we see them, we thank God for answering them. Considering Trey wasn't even supposed to be discharged yet, we are amazed at the awesome wonders of our Master Physician. We received a wonderful report. Dr. Cordero acknowledged it is a miracle that Trey can smell and taste. He is an incredible Christian doctor who loves what he does and is also a perfectionist. We will see him again in August, after another CATscan he will determine if he needs to do more work on Trey's nose and eye. He will do derma abrasion in six months. We start orthodontic work in three months on Trey's very own teeth (another miracle!) Trey's arm is healing amazingly well also, far beyond and faster than clinical expectations!

I have been telling everyone that God sent us many angels with street clothes on and we feel His presence in your loving arms, calls, cards, all the tender acts of kindness you have bestowed on our family. We want to thank everyone at home for tending to all our daily details especially our children's "wants" and needs! We are so humbled and touched by our dear family and friends. We feel so blessed to have you in our lives.

Tyler update: We also want to jump up and down over Tyler's progress. We last saw him on Friday and could not believe how much better he looked today. His ear is almost completely healed and his mind is very intact as he was talking "horse talk" literally with Trey. We enjoyed our conversation with him, it was good to see and hear "Ty-Ty"! He too is healing and getting better everyday. Please join us in praying and believing that he will be home for Father's Day, as we know that "with God ALL things are possible!" He has proved that over and over the past two weeks. Tyler's temp has stayed at 99 or below, another miracle! Continue to pray against infection and a speedy recovery. He barely failed the swallow test today, his nurse feels confident that he will pass it tomorrow, so we all agree and believe he will pass with flying colors and finally get the feeding tube out and get some REAL nourishment!

God Bless all of you and your families, you are blessed to be a blessing. THANK YOU!! WE LOVE YOU!

Praise God for your report. I don't believe I've ever heard any sweeter words than those you wrote. You boys both continue to be "miracles in progress" and I can't wait to watch His glorious works continue. We eagerly await the next installment in this chronicle of miracles. We hope to see you very soon. As always, your entire family continues to have our constant love and prayers. Susan and Jim

Ronda, Trey, Tyler, Tonya, Larry and Cindy. There has not been a day that has gone by that I have not prayed for you yall, or thought of each of you. Cody asks me almost everyday "How are the cowboys that were in the Rodeo doing?" It brings tears to my eyes, but I smile and tell him that God is taking really good care of them. I know yall have had all sort of visitors, so I have not come to see yall yet, but I am thinking about yall everyday. This blog thing is the best idea that anyone could have come up with. I find myself reading it two or three times a day. The things that have been posted on here have brought tears to so many, but all tears of joy. I want to send out a very special message to Tonya, and Ronda. You two women are what I would call pillers of strengh, my heart goes out to all of you and your families. God has given you two women the power of faith and family to carry you through, in my opintion, the biggest test of faith you may ever face in your life. I admire you both very much. If there is ever anything I can do for you, or your family, please call. Even if ya just want to talk. Cody says hi, and hope that "the cowboys" are home soon.

Hey Thompson Gang, we were sure proud to hear the good news on Trey and Tyler today. I am not very good at this computer stuff and actually tried to send a comment earlier today. Here we go again.I hope this makes it to you.Just wanted to send a word of encourgment as the days go by. We serve a FAITHFULL GOD and I know that he is in control. We may not Know his plan but, we can know that all things work out for good for those that love the Lord. He has told us this and he always remembers his promises. GOD IS GOOD,ALL THE TIME. How many times have we all said these words and now we see it daily as the guys continue to do better. Tonya, I know how hard this is on you too, as you have to see the man you love so weak and hurt, not to mention being away from those precious kidos, but as God is with the guys he most certainly is with you too and will continue to give you the strenghth that you need.We hope to see you soon and just want you to know we pray for all of you daily. God Bless you all,Monte and Carla Jones
