Saturday afternoon

YEAAAAAAA! Tyler walked to the tank room and back to his room which was probably about 100 feet. He is using a walker with a bar that he can lean on but they said he could start putting some weight on his leg today. The tank room ordeal wasn't as bad as yesterday and he felt pretty good when they went in at 5:00 to see him. The Ogles, friends from Kansas were here to visit with him and Cindy said he really enjoyed all of his company today.

PRAYER REQUEST: Tyler has no appetite. His stomach has shrunk and he can only eat a few bites before he is full. They told him that if he didn't start eating they would have to put the feeding tube back in which would mean he would not move to step down. All of the surgeries, pain medication, antibiotics, etc. just takes it toll on appetite. He did ask for some Kentucky Fried Chicken so they are bringing that for the next visit. He has to be eating, walking and going to the bath room before they can move him to step down on Monday. Hopefully the walking will help his appetite.
PRAY, PRAY, PRAY that he can eat a lot of fried chicken and gravy.

it's pretty much the only thing my little 3 year old will eat...
he still has a feeding tube though...

I wish I had a eating problem...

Anyway..

I think of you all everyday...

I'll pray that he can eat lots of fried chicken and gravy.
